treadmill run cause boy is it wet outside

ran my 3 miles on the treadmill today. Haven’t been on there for quite some time. Felt different for sure. Took the opportunity to increase my pace, alternating between 10min mile and 9:30 - trying to do at least 5 min of each before switching… it worked well and I got a great workout! Much easier to keep track of speed/time goals on the old clanky t-mill for sure!

Now back to work. Yippee skippy!
